If you already have inventory listed on Discogs, you can import it directly using our Discogs Inventory Importer here: Inventory > My Discogs Inventory.

In this menu you will see your Discogs inventory and information about each item.

To import and synchronize all Discogs listings, click Import X Listings at the top of the page. To import listings one at a time, click the Import button to the right of the item.

Here you can also Unlist items from Discogs by clicking Unlist from Discogs, provided that they are not yet imported to your Common Ground inventory.

Keep in mind that in the current version, there is no option to unlist / delete listings in bulk. So it's a good idea to tidy up your Discogs inventory before you import it.

To be able to import and manage your Discogs inventory with Common Ground, you must first Connect to your Discogs account from the Backoffice preferences.

Go to Preferences > Backoffice and External Services and follow the instructions in the Discogs section to authorize a Discogs connection.
