When using synchronization there are a few important things to keep in mind to avoid inconsistencies in your inventory and sales data.

❌ Do not list directly on Discogs

✅ Do Add releases from Common Ground and list them on Discogs after.

❌ Do not delete listings directly from Discogs

✅ Do unlist listing from your Common Ground inventory.

❌ Do not edit listings directly on Discogs

✅ Edit listings in Common Ground and item will be updated on Discogs automatically.

If you happen to list an item directly on Discogs, use the import module to import non-synchronized listings from Discogs into Common Ground.

If necessary, you can always update a listing's information by un-listing and then re-listing it from your Backoffice.

Orders with unsynced listings cannot be imported and will trigger a Discogs Import Error.
