Pause Sales Activity

Sometimes, life’s circumstances may require you to temporarily pause your shop’s sales activity. You can do so while maintaining your synchronized inventories by using the 'Expire' option in your Discogs Marketplace inventory and activating Maintenance Mode on your Eshop in your Common Ground Backoffice preferences.

This method will not interfere with your synced inventories and let you resume sales at a later date:

Pause Sales Activity

  1. From Discogs:
Go to your Discogs Inventory and Update Status : Expired on all items.

  2. From Common Ground Backoffice:
Open Eshop Editor : Settings and activate Maintenance Mode. Submit.

Unpause Sales Activity

  1. From Discogs
Go to your Discogs Inventory and use the Update Status : For Sale on all items.

  2. From Common Ground Backoffice:
Open Eshop Editor : Settings and deactivate Maintenance Mode. Submit.

Using Expire maintains listing ID numbers, which are necessary for sync.

Do not Unlist, as this will break the sync and create duplicate listing ID numbers when re-listed.
