How to upload releases, products and books to eBay in Bulk using a CSV File
Bulk uploading allows you to publish many listings to eBay at once using a single file. This is the fastest way to manage large inventories without creating listings one by one.
This guide explains how to upload, validate, and publish your listings using eBay’s bulk upload tool.
Before You Start
Make sure you have:
An active eBay seller account
Access to Seller Hub
A fully prepared CSV file with your products, download from: https://admin.common-ground.io/preferences/external-services
Note that in most cases you must find out the correct value for the Shipping column since our systems cannot fetch your active Ebay shipping policies.
The Generated CSV will be available at the following URL:
https://www.mystore.common-ground.io/inventory/ebay
Step 1: Open the Bulk Upload Tool
Log in to eBay Seller Hub
Go to Listings
Click Create listing
Select Upload from file
This opens eBay’s bulk listing importer.
Step 2: Upload Your CSV File
Click Upload file
Select your prepared CSV
Click Open
eBay will immediately begin checking your file for errors.
Step 3: Validate Your Listings
After uploading, eBay will:
Scan every row
Check listing rules
Detect missing or invalid data
You will see one of two results:
eBay will show a list of errors tied to specific rows. You must correct these in your CSV before moving forward.
