Newsletter campaigns

Promote new music, products, and updates to engage customers and invite them to your Eshop.

Updated this week

The Campaign editor is a dynamic feature that allows you to customize communications according to your specifications. This allows you to promote new releases, products, news and updates to engage customers, drive traffic to your site, and boost sales.

The Newsletter Campaign feature is available to users with Standard and Extended subscription plans.

Creating and Editing a Campaign

  1. From the backoffice, open the Newsletter menu.

  2. Select Create a Campaign

  3. Choose from a list of recipients, and give your Campaign a title.

Content

In the Content section you will find everything you need to build your campaign, including Email Subject.

Campaign content is composed of block elements, similar to the Article Editor. The available content blocks are:

  • Text

  • Collection

  • Image

  • Button

  • Separator

  • Items

  • Playlist

  • Blog

As you build your campaign content and edit the style, the live preview displays your work on the right. Edit each block using Content Block Settings

Separator Bar

A Separator Bar clearly individuates content blocks. The Separator Bar inherits its color from Text Styles.

Items

Curate releases, books and product items from your inventory. Use the built in search bar to search through your inventory and build a list similar to a Playlist.

Blog

A Blog is a collection of Articles you’ve created. The Article Title and Thumbnail Image will be displayed. Articles featured in the Blog are populated using Tags. Within the Blog, articles can be organized by Publication Date, and their layout can be adjusted using a column-based style.
