Customer data & Newsletter campaigns

Customer lists are groupings of customers within your database.

These lists can serve various purposes, such as grouping well-known customers or creating targeted newsletter lists.

Lists can be utilized for:

  • Exporting customer data by creating specific lists

  • Sending newsletters tailored to particular groups of customers

  • Establishing newsletter subscription lists for users to join through your Eshop.

Create a Customer List

  1. Go to the Customers page from the Main Left Menu

  2. In the field "Create a new list" enter the title of your list.

  3. Click Create list

The List details will appear in a row to the right, displaying the title, amount of contacts and date of creation.

You can define the default list for Newsletter subscribe in Eshop editor > Settiings: Add a Subscribe form on any page using the Article Editor.

Add / Remove a customer from a list

Add a customer to a list

To add customers to a list:

  1. Locate the customer in the customer database.

  2. Select Lists from the Add to list... dropdown.

Remove a customer from a list

To remove a customer from a list, click on the X within the list field in their row.

You can add / remove a customer from a list from the Customers & Lists page, or from within the customer's details page.

Filter by list

You can filter customers by list and export customer data in groups by selecting the desired list from the Filter by list dropdown.

It will instantly apply the filter to your customer display below. Only the customers registered to the specific list will be shown.

To clear the filters, click Clear list filter.

To export this filtered group of customers, click Export customers at the top of the page.
