Newsletter campaigns are a dynamic feature that you can customize according to your design specifications, allowing you to promote new releases, products, and updates to engage customers, drive traffic to your site, and boost sales.
The Newsletter Campaign feature is available to users with Standard and Extended subscription plans.
Creating and Editing a Campaign
First, we need to generate a new newsletter campaign:
From the backoffice, open the Newsletter menu.
Select Create a Campaign
Choose from a list of recipients, and give your Campaign a title.
As you work, select the Save button to preview the latest edits your campaign on the right side of the editing menu.
Content
A banner image URL: Add a banner image from your image library, or upload a new one.
Header Text: The headline and newsletter message content
Footer: The text that follows your Items selection.
Items
Curate your campaign by adding releases, books and product items from your inventory.
Use the built in search bar to search through your inventory and build a list.
Items can be reorganized by using the drag function to the left of an added item.
Settings
Email Subject: The Subject line of the Newsletter email.
Select a template: Select an existing template from the dropdown, or see note below to create a new one.
Select a list of recipients: Select or change the list of recipients from the dropdown.
Ensure your Newsletter template is updated :
βPreferences > Templates > Stickers & Newsletter
To create a new newsletter template, or customise an existing one, go to : Preferences > Templates > Stickers & Newsletter

Your Newsletter will appear as a draft in the Newsletter Campaigns menu until you are ready to send it.
Preview and Send
Once your Newsletter campaign is designed to your liking, select Preview and Send. Here it is possible to send a test email, to proofread the campaign before it is delivered to the full list of recipients.
Schedule for later
You can also schedule a Newsletter campaign for a later date and time by selecting this tick box within the Preview and Send module.
When ready, select Send to X recipients.
Replies
When a subscriber replies to one of your newsletters, the replies go to Messages.
