Can I connect my Discogs account

You can connect Discogs Marketplace via your backoffice to synchronise stock and import orders.

Can I import my Discogs inventory?

Yes. Your remote Discogs inventory is made available from your Backoffice and can be imported right away.

Does Common Ground charge transaction fees?

No. You only pay for your plan. No hidden fees or additional charges.

How are monthly plans priced?

Our monthly plans are based on store size, team size, and inventory requirements. This structure ensures fair usage of resources while providing a seamless experience on Common Ground. By tailoring plans to meet the needs of teams and businesses of all sizes, we help everyone benefit from our services as they grow.

I'm having a problem with my inventory limit. What can I do?

Can I create my Eshop with Common Ground?

Yes. Common Ground includes a fully integrated Eshop system that allows you to publish and sell your inventory online. Your Eshop can be customized with your own branding, categories, shipping settings, customer accounts, SEO settings, and payment integrations.

Can I connect a custom domain name?

Yes. Our Eshop solution is designed for record sellers, and a default URL is included with all monthly plans. The Eshop Editor is available upon account creation, allowing you to customize styles and content.

Is it possible to manage B2C and B2B sales from a single subscription?

A separate subscription is required for each business model, as tax settings differ between retail and distribution workflows.
