The Purpose of Inventory Limitations
An inventory item limitation ensures fair usage of system resources, maintaining optimal performance for all users. As our packages evolve based on data volumes and inventories processed, this structure reflects the resources needed to manage these quantities. By capping items, we guarantee a solid infrastructure that scales with your growth, ensuring a secure and efficient service.

In the Backoffice, visual markers alert users when their inventory is approaching the limit. Users can check the Subscription page to view the inventory limit associated with their plan. Additionally, when adding a new item, an indicator will be visible if the limit is near.

Managing Your Inventory Limit
Here are few ways to manage your inventory limit.
Delete Items
You can free up space by deleting items (releases, books or products) that contain sold out listings or are no longer needed. In order to do this, the listings must first be deleted from the item.
Order sales data and Sales Reports won't be affected.
Here's how:
From your inventory page
Find the listing you want to delete
Select Edit > Delete listing
Select OK
or
Use the bulk selector to select a group of listings
Select Edit X Listings
Select Delete listings
Select OK
From the item page
Navigate to the Item page of the item you want to delete
In the available listings, select Edit > Delete listing
Select OK
At the top of the Item page, select Delete Item
The Delete Item button will be displayed on the Item Page once all listings have been cleared from the item.
Delete all items without listings
Once listings are removed from items you can delete all items without listings
Go to Preferences > Inventory
Under Delete account data select Delete all items without listings
Select the Delete selected collections button
Select OK
Remember : In order to delete an item, the listings must first be removed from the item. A Sold Out listing for example still needs to be removed, before the item can be deleted.
Upgrade Your Subscription Plan
If you need more space, consider upgrading your subscription plan for a higher inventory limit.
Steps to Upgrade Your Plan:
Navigate to the Preferences > Subscription & Invoices.
Review your current plan and available upgrades.
Select the plan that best suits your needs, and review the details.
Select Submit to complete the upgrade process.
