Eshop Settings

Settings related to general Eshop functions

Eshop Settings are accessed via Eshop Editor Menu > Settings

General

Homepage Selection:

Select an Article or Collection from the dropdown menu to be displayed as your Eshop's Homepage.

Enable the audio player

Choose whether to show or hide the audio player

Enable the wantlist for customers

Allow customers to add items to their wantlist when logged in

Display item suggestions

Show or hide item suggestions on the Release page view

Access & Maintenance mode

Activate maintenance mode

Allows you to make your Eshop private for maintenance or other reasons. A Password will be generated to access your Eshop, and a text field is available to add a short description for the maintenance page.

Enable private Eshop access

Only authenticated users have access. Your Eshop will redirect to the login page until user is authenticated. A text field is available to add a short description for customers requesting access.

Only show prices to registered users*

Prices on the Eshop will only be displayed to registered users.

Users can download snippet files as .zip

A button will be displayed on the release page allowing users to download snippet files.

Customers can download the stock list as CSV from the Eshop

Allow users to download your stocklist directly from your Eshop. The link is available in their account section when logged in on your Eshop.

Eshop registrations aren't allowed. Shop admins must create accounts manually

Shop admins must create buyer / customer accounts manually from the Backoffice.

Languages

Common Ground Eshops are available in 10 different languages. Select which translations are offered to your customers.

HTML Head Tags

Head tags are implemented in website code to provide information that is not visible on the page itself. This information can serve a variety of purposes, such as SEO, site design, browser display support, social media sharing, and limited analytics tracking.

Newsletter Subscribe

Grow your newsletter database through Eshop visitors. Customers can subscribe to a newsletter on your Eshop and be automatically assigned to a list of your choosing.

Maps

Allow your shop to be discoverable on https://maps.common-ground.io/

Only Eshops with public access are visible on Maps.

Analytics

Google Analytics

Connect Google Analytics to monitor how customers find and use your Eshop so you can improve performance and conversions.

Meta Pixel

Meta Pixel measures customer actions on your Eshop so you can optimize ads on Meta products such as Facebook and Instagram.
