The Vouchers Menu is the central place to view, filter, and manage all vouchers, including both gift cards and coupons.
You can filter by voucher type, status or expiry to quickly locate specific vouchers. Each entry displays key details such as Type, ID, Status, Balance, Spendings, Expiry Date, and Assigned User in a clear, organized list.
The search filter also lets you find vouchers directly by username, email, or Voucher ID.
Voucher Data
By selecting a specific voucher from the list, a dialog window opens showing full voucher details, including ID, status, original value, balance, validity, and related notes. If the voucher was created from a purchase, a reference to the originating order is displayed.
From this window, you can also send or re-send an email receipt to a customer by entering their email address.
Spending activity (when available) is listed and organized by Amount, Date, Origin, and Order ID.
To export this data as a CSV, select Export.
Coupon Voucher
A coupon is a discount code that is typically used as a promotional and sales tool to engage and reward your customers. Common uses include seasonal sales, attracting new buyers, rewarding returning customers, clearing older stock, or providing goodwill discounts to resolve service issues.
Creating a Coupon voucher
Go to the Vouchers menu and select Create Vouchers to open the dialogue window.
Make sure the Coupons tab is selected.

Gift Cards
A Gift Card is an inventory product that can be added to your Eshop and sold like any other item.
While Gift Card codes can also be generated through the Voucher Menu or at Checkout, these codes are not linked to inventory.
For proper tracking and management, it is recommended to create Gift Card products directly from the Add Item menu in your inventory.
Gift Card item and listing settings are managed from the product’s inventory page, while Gift Card activity and spending are managed in the Vouchers Menu.
Gift Card codes created through the Voucher Menu or at Checkout are not linked to inventory. For accurate tracking and management, always create Gift Card products directly from the Add Item menu in your inventory.
