Manually add a product or a book to my inventory

You can sell products other than records on your Eshop and POS: merch, accessories, hardware or any other physical item. As these products don't exist on Discogs, you create them manually.

Each product is an item containing one or more listings. The listing holds the price, stock and variants.

Steps to create a product

1. Select Add item from the “+” icon in the main header

2. Choose Add a product or Add a book

3. Fill in the title, type, manufacturer, description and photos, then save

4. Select Add listing and enter the price, stock and status

5. Save the listing

Add variants (sizes, color)

Create one listing per variant. In the listing, select Add an option, then enter a name (e.g. Size) and a value (e.g. XL). Each listing has its own stock.

Note: for an item sold without stock limits (coffee, services), turn off the “Track stock quantity” option in the listing.
