If you are a Shop Owner, you have the option to Terminate your account permanently.

πŸ‘€ Tip: Before you terminate your account, make sure you review the Terms & Conditions.

πŸ›ŽοΈ Reminder: If you're in a free trial and haven't chosen a subscription or added a payment method, there is no need to take any action to terminate your account. Your trial will be suspended at the end of the trial period, and you will not be charged.

How to terminate your account

  1. Log in to your account

  2. From the Backoffice go to Preferences.

  3. Open the Subscription & Invoices tab, and click Terminate my account.

An archive of your data will be sent to the email address you used to sign up as a zip file. Once an account is deleted, it is not possible to retrieve its data or restore it. Please note that you will be logged out during this process.

⚠️ Important: If you have more than one store active on your account, only the store that you are using to perform the terminate function will be terminated.
