Connect a Bandcamp for label to Import digital sales

Bandcamp for Labels

From Preferences / External Services section, you can connect your Bandcamp account to Common Ground and import sales data.

📝 Note: Currently it's not possible to sell digital content on Common Ground.

In order to authenticate to your Bandcamp account, you must own a label account and follow these steps:

  1. Request an access from Bandcamp from their support page

  2. Send the following message: "Hi there - I’m trying to connect my Bandcamp shop to another sales channel and need access. Can you help? Thanks". Wait for a reply

  3. From your Bandcamp settings tab, paste your Bandcamp Client ID and Bandcamp Client Secret

  4. After connection, select the accounts you want to fetch sales from in the list displayed below.

📝 Note: Digital sales will be fetched every 30 minutes over a 7 day cycle.
