Enable invoice custom id generator
When this setting is enabled, an incremental ID number is generated for every new invoice, allowing you to generate sequences based on your requirements.
This doesn't interrupt the main order's ID sequence. Instead it allows you to create a custom invoice ID as a prefix to normal invoice numbering.
For example, you need to start a new sequence at the beginning of the tax year.
Invoice id format allows you to add custom text on either side of the {counter}.
Counter value is the number the {counter} adds by 1 incrementally, and can be reset or set to any value at any time.
Example:
Invoice id format: 2023-{counter}
Counter value: 0
Result: #2023-1
