About Stickers

Common Ground allows you to print stickers for all inventory listings.

We recommend to use either Brother or Dymo label printers and associated software in order to create customized stickers.

๐Ÿ–จ๏ธ Sticker Printer: Brother QL700 / DYMO 450, 550

๐Ÿท๏ธ Sticker Design Software: Brother P-Touch Software / DYMO Connect

Add listings to the Print Queue:

From the inventory page

From the inventory page, find a listing and select Print to add to the queue, and repeat for as many items as required. To remove a listing from the print queue, select the Queued button, or remove from the stickers page.

From the stickers page

From the Stickers Page, search and add listings directly to the print queue

Export CSV file

On the Stickers Page, once you have added your listings to the Print Queue, select Generate CSV to export the file. This file is now ready to be imported into your label printing software.

Design Sticker using Software

Import and Print

  1. Create a template in your printer software

  2. Import the .CSV file created above

  3. Map data fields and arrange as needed

  4. Print

In order to print stickers, you first need to create a layout template. Follow the video tutorial above for a detailed explanation.

DYMO Connect Tip : Always save your exported CSV file in the same location and replace it each time it downloads with the same filename. This way the data fields will remain mapped when you re-import the new CSV.
