Migrating from Another Platform

If you are migrating from Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, PrestaShop, or other e-commerce platforms, you can do so using a CSV file. This ensures a smooth transition of your existing inventory to our platform.

  1. Export your product data from your current platform in CSV format.

  2. Ensure that your CSV file follows our template format (Download / View).

  3. Upload the CSV file to our system to complete the migration via the Import Menu
