You can update your basic account information from the following menu:
https://admin.common-ground.io/preferences/information

Business name

This is the public name of your shop that is visible across the web, your Eshop and on invoices.

Short Description
Provide a brief summary of your shop’s identity, including its city or region, genres, and key details. Aim for 50–160 characters.

Description
Include a detailed narrative about your shop, covering its history, specialties, and services. Approximately 100–300+ words.

Email address

Email for communications between you and your customers.

Billing Email

Email for communications between shop admins and Common Ground.

Email sender

When registering with Common Ground, You are provided with a default email address. You are able to change this email a limited number of times each year.

Shop Address (public)

The address that is displayed on invoices between you and customers.

Select a default language for outgoing emails

Shop to client communications (excluding Newsletters) are available in the following languages from the dropdown menu.

Social networks

You can add social media icons to your Eshop's menus using the Eshop editor.

Chose from the dropdown menu to connect your various accounts on your Eshop.

Add your shop phone number.

Select your shop's timezone

Set your timezone to ensure that essential Backoffice functions such as orders, invoicing and inventory operate accurately. Timezone is important to make sure opening hours are correctly displayed on your Eshop.
