Editing customer accounts, addresses, activity, orders, vouchers, and account-related settings.

View and Edit Customer accounts

Customer account details including contact information, insights into spending, registration date, login activity, and addresses can be viewed and managed from the Customer Menu.

Select a customer to review their individual information organized into tabs.

Details Tab: Contact information, shipping and billing addresses.

Orders Tab: A detailed overview of each of a customer’s orders.

Checkouts: Tab Any active checkouts the customer may currently have

Vouchers Tab: Vouchers assigned to the customer and related spendings.

Credit Notes Tab: Details about Credit notes assigned to the customer.

Wantlist Tab: A customer’s wantlist (if enabled). Learn more about the Wantlist Tab here.

Edit customer details

To edit customer contact information, select Edit Details from a customer's account page.

Add / Edit a customer address

To add a shipping address to a customer account:

  1. select Edit Addresses from a customer's account page.

  2. select Address type from the dropdown menu.

  3. fill out the required fields and Submit

Verification Email

A customer's email needs to be verified before they can login to their Eshop account and complete the registration process.

Resend the Eshop verification email to a customer by selecting Send verification email.

Add / remove customer from lists

To add or remove a customer from lists, select Add to Lists from the customer account page. From this dialog window you can select which lists a customer should belong to.

Add a note to a customer account

To add a note to a customer, select Edit note. You can use this field to add any short notes pertaining to the customer.

Delete a customer account

Select Delete to delete a customer account. Customer details and login info will be erased, but any spending data associated with this account will still be retained.
