How to handle messages you receive from your customers

Last updated:

The “Messages” section of your Backoffice is a built-in messaging system that centralizes all communication between you and your customers. It enables direct, traceable communication linked directly to each order, without having to use external channels.

Unlike traditional emails, this section provides a complete conversation history, accessible with a single click from your admin interface. Each message is automatically linked to the corresponding order number, making it easier to track and resolve issues.

Here are some examples of messages you could receive from your customers:

Message before shipment

  • Customer questions about product specifications

  • Requests for changes (address, quantity)

  • Inquiries about delivery times

Message after shipment

  • Inquiries about delivery status

  • Issues with lost or damaged packages

Complaints

  • Reports of non-compliant products

  • Billing-related complaints

  • Requests for refunds or credit notes

  • Complaints about the condition of the received product

  • Requests for returns or exchanges
